MaimeriBlu handles like a dream and only uses monopigments but costs an arm and a leg. Schmincke is aggressively high flow and costs your firstborn

PV19 can have so much variation in it! I have a couple of different versions in my stash, the Daniel Smith Quin Rose is one of my favorite primaries (I like it with Daniel Smith New Gamboge and Daniel Smith Phthalo Blue Green Shade as a triad!)

Maimeriblu makes my favourite PY175 yet (coldest) yours looks a bit more like my Winsor and Newton, which is closer in hue to a PY3.
I would say just try both and then it's just preference.
