**LGBT Foundation** , the UK LGBTQ+ wellbeing and health charity, has launched its second national campaign of the year, celebrating diverse masculinities and showing that "every man is enough". Following the success of its groundbreaking _This Is What a Woman Looks Like_ campaign, LGBT Foundation has unveiled the next chapter in its national campaign trilogy: **_Man Enough._** Launching nationwide today (**3 November 2025**) to coincide with **Movember** , and leading up to **International Men’s Day** , _Man Enough_ aims to challenge outdated stereotypes and spark a more inclusive conversation around masculinity. In today’s climate, shaped by harmful online influences, rigid gender norms, and polarised debates, narrow ideals of what it means to “be a man” are causing real harm. Suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK, with LGBTQ+ men facing disproportionately high rates of depression and anxiety. Yet mainstream narratives still fail to reflect the full spectrum of male identity. **This campaign seeks to change that.** At the heart of _Man Enough_ is a bold series of striking photographs showcasing a diverse range of men - many of whose stories are rarely told. From trans men, non-binary people, men of colour and older men to disabled men, and straight men who don’t conform to traditional ideals, the campaign celebrates masculinity in all its forms. These powerful images and stories send a clear message: who you are is enough, and it matters. Along with a social media campaign, the campaign will promote a positive, inclusive vision of masculinity, share real stories that reflect the full spectrum of male experience and provide resources to help men support themselves, each other, and their communities Public support is already building.**** The campaign features _I Kissed a Boy_ stars **Adam Williams** and **Lars Fellows,** LGBT Foundation patron **Kunal Trehan,** alongside his husband **Thomas** , and TV doctor and broadcaster Dr**Ranj Singh**. In a joint statement, **Adam Williams** and**Lars Fellows** said:**** "In 2025, being unapologetically yourself isn’t just powerful - it’s revolutionary. That’s why we’re proud to support LGBT Foundation’s _Man Enough_ campaign: a bold call to the nation that masculinity isn’t a mould - it’s a spectrum. "There’s no single way to be a man. Man Enough reclaims what it means to be strong, vulnerable, and real. It’s a celebration of identity, courage, and the unwavering truth that - whoever you are - you are more than enough." Lars**** added**:** “For trans men, masculinity doesn’t need permission. It’s real, valid, and defined on our own terms.” Dr**Ranj Singh** said:**** “Now more than ever, it’s vital that we create space for men - all men - to speak openly about their experiences, especially around health and wellbeing. For 50 years, LGBT Foundation has been leading this work, not just within the LGBTQ+ community, but for friends, families, and loved ones too. "Taking ownership of your health, understanding your body, and having honest conversations can be life-changing. I want the takeaway from this campaign to be clear: it’s okay to talk, it’s okay to listen, and it’s okay to do that with each other. When men open up, we break down stigma, build connection, and ultimately save lives." As a LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing charity, LGBT Foundation has been transforming lives for over 50 years.
