'In the face of this continuing pandemic threat, we need a response that is evidence-informed rather than evidence-ignored' - Prof Michael Baker, Assoc Profs Amanda Kvalsvig and Matire Harwood

On the fourth anniversary of New Zealand’s first COVID case it’s clear this is not a normal pandemic. Despite fatigue and indifference, New Zealand must heed the evidence and improve its response.

The white wine from my local wine shop's wine club this month is the 2024 Alessandro Rivetto Matire'. This wine is 100% Arneis grapes. Wow! So floral on the nose. Very complex for a white. Citrus with tartness at the end. One of the best whites I have had in a while! #WineSky
