Acura ZDX. Yup, I love these dummies. You almost feel for Acura, being an early entry into the coup-a-fied SUV segment and yet it failed spectacularly before it started catching on. Pricy and impractical, yet some tech showed up here before it made its way to the MDX. Would own.

Authors discuss the results of mdx52 mice are more relevant to human as the mdx mouse has a mutation at the start of the gene, where transcript imbalance is less strong. This means comparing mouse exon 23 skipping and human exon 51 skipping there will be a discrepancy fulllength transcripts amounts

Dystrophin protein levels were increased for all HDAC inhibitors compared to only ASO treatment. The transcript imbalance was not improved. Authors studied nascent dystrophin transcript production, where Duchenne cells and mdx cells produced less dystrophin transcripts than healthy controls.

Depends on how much control you want versus how easy you want it to be. I personally use Astro which has .me and .mdx support out of the box. It's slightly more complex but also gives you full control.

It might help that at least to me, Acura is not a thing I'm used to.
So if I don't go out to find "the source" (MDX or else) as you mention, I would not think of something else. Thing that does happen to me with the facelift.
I do agree it is more aggressive and supercar-y. But also Lambo 😝
