It’s been a little while since my last workout. I was completely out of breath! 😱😂

I still can’t swim for very long, but I somehow managed 50m in 55 seconds! 😂

Swimming this hard might actually make me lose weight! 😂😂

Took a day off yesterday, and I was starting to get a little too comfortable with resting. 😂

But I made it back to the gym today and got 30 minutes of exercise in the pool! 🏊‍♀️💪

Bucket-handle meniscus tears are no joke. 🦵

My torn meniscus got stuck and locked my knee in a bent position. Even after surgery, I couldn’t fully straighten my knee.

Getting my extension back was a tough part of rehab. 😮‍💨

Got myself through :25 of mobility (and meniscus) exercises today. It doesn’t sound like much but it’s the most I’ve done in the past year since I retired from being a fitness instructor & yoga teacher. So, yay me.
