i also think there should be more pregnancy and menstruation horror in yuri, but as you pointed out i don't think it's something that can be exclusively or best executed in just yuri. sweet pool is about mensturation and pregnancy horror happening to a guy, for example, and i think it's p effective.

I thought motherfuckers were pulling my leg, when I first found out there are dudes who don't want to do that shit.

I immediately lose all respect for dudes who get icked out by anything to do with mensturation.

Show me a doctor's note about hemophobia or go fuck yourself, broh.

I bought a jar of jujube tea to ease my period symptoms and my goodness is that tea doing the trick. #tea #mensturation

youji's mensturation/pregnancy/heat is something that is predominantly played as a metaphor for his repressed queerness and his anxiety about his own sexuality, something both frightening, dangerous, and pleasurable and irresistible. it is his innate nature and the more he indulges in it

Yes! Heating pad, or one of those hefty stuffies you can microwave (hehe, the cvs has one called a mensturation crustacian and I lol'd)

endometreosis frequently (and even pcos sometimes) being brushed off as precocious mensturation is a great starting point for something pretty common although i'll admit that a Lot of it overlaps with "doctors just kind of dismiss possibilities that aren't common" which is a very broad problem

Which is to say, if this is something that affects 5%-10% of people going through mensturation, perhaps that'd be something to start looking at!

Again these things are controlled by hormones

Yes you have a prostate, otherwise you wouldn't get wet. Its just smaller.

Pelvic region is controlled by...hormones and age of transition. Puberty blockers entirely wipes that difference out.

Trans women get periods, just without mensturation.

Mensturation is niet accuraat vandaag, maar ik had die er effe ingezet om de knop te testen / in de screenshot te tonen dat dat erin zit. :-) de rest klopt wel, maar de "tired" is meer een burnoutreactie op een stressituatie gisteren.

Huh, weird they added an extra stage 🤔
Also menopause = lack of mensturation for an extended period of time, for various reasons. Depo shot can do that, but is also a risk long term & only stops "female" hormones. My injections were stronger & also stop testosterone, to prevent any unwanted issues.

Mensturation is probably the closest thing I have to that description. I'm writing about teenagers and my MC is a girl. It helps both mark the passage of time and is just an ordinary part of her life.

It's normal and I think shouldn't be more taboo to write about than murder.

But I think to a certain extent we honestly a lotta of us would get time off for mensturation

Hey, so NM voted to provide mensturation products in bathrooms (including men's bathrooms) in educational institutions. The bill only states in at least one men's bathroom, and I was surprised by the cis male representative who had a problem with the bill because he wanted them in ALL bathrooms
