MGIF mentality- must get in front. Even though it’s useless and more importantly, can be dangerous depending on how close they pass you. I bet not a one MGIF driver has contacted their council to ask why on street parking hasn’t been removed to allow cyclists their own lane.

A case of Must Get In Front (MGIF) even though the vehicle in front — my bicycle — was plenty fast enough.
This was a residential street, filtering on to a busy main road that, at 5-ish on a Friday, would be bumper to bumper, so this fella was never going to be getting anywhere fast.

You need a tall tapered glass and a long iced-tea spoon. I find the online recipes call for too much U Bet, making an over-sweet sticky product. MGIF (milk goes in first).

One overtaking me down a hill forcing oncoming driver to slam brakes. I was doing 30+mph.
Second one on a blind hairpin. Me waving not to overtake, but they still did nearly hitting a cyclist coming down the hill
