My #Wingman @RaifeBaxter is doing 200km in May for @braintumourrsch & asks if he can join me on a training #Hike for my #MightyHike #Marathon in June. So a cheeky little 14.5 mile country track loop this morning, not about time, about the distance for his challenge. Very proud.

Never thought I'd get excited over a rucksack! But after doing the walk with no waist straps so my shoulders were killing me and I was a sweaty mess! This one should solve all those issues and it's second hand from Vinted. Perfect.

Never thought I'd get excited over a rucksack! But after doing the walk with no waist straps so my shoulders were killing me and I was a sweaty mess! This one should solve all those issues and it's second hand from Vinted. Perfect.

With just 13 days until the @macmillancancer #Marathon #MightyHike it was time for the last go big or go home training #Hike! So very happy with my 28.2 miler in just over 7h 30mins, with a 20 min stop for the obligatory well needed #Cuppa & sausage & egg sarnie at 18 miles!
I would like to thank our followers who donated to my #charity #MightyHike around the #GowerPeninsula in aid of #macmillancancer. It was brutal in places & after wanting to just get under 10hrs i did it in 8h54, & out of 1214 finishers, i came 59th & raised £1242.44! #Thankyou

Well after 12 days rest & a few post #MightyHike #Marathon injuries, & with just 11 wks until the big one #UltraHike, it was time to test the legs! A hot 15.6 mile hike, a couple of hills, various ground, a steady time & no flare ups on the injuries! Happy with that! A top #Cuppa at 9 miles to!

Well that was a tad brutal! But the #MightyHike around the #GowerPeninsula in aid of #macmillancancer is done! Rain finally stopped at 21 miles, and some of those hills/cliffs were something else, but seriously happy with 8h55 with 40 mins worth of stops! #Hiking #Walking
