It can be romantic, it can be platonic, it can also be a form of love for family or something in between. And that was so well done.
I could talk hours about that book, but since I would spoiler you, I don't.

I really think this book is good. Maybe not so dramatic and heavily focused on the murder and crime that takes place, but really focused on life and how we get happy with how we are.

Everything feels terrible but this book had me in a chokehold - more terrible things are discussed in said book but they were written so well it was almost like escapism

Mini Book Review: Just Like Home by Sarah Gailey 5⭐️. This book is weird. And gooey. I loved it. It’s a pretty quick read and I thought I guessed where it was going, but I was surprised! #booksky #minibookreview

This might well be my favourite of the stories featuring Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg because they're out of their depth but are so oblivious to the fact because no one ever tells the two ‘no’ or the truth. 》

I went into this one completely blind because it’s my favorite hockey series. Didn’t even read the cover. Color me shocked it was a bi hockey player MM Romance. Second-chance, high heat, no third act breakup. Out mid-October and highly recommend.

First they come for the toys. Then the cutlery. The books are next and finally the people. Disturbing. Prescient. Inevitable? #minibookreview #thememorypolice #books #yokoogawa

Prepare for lots of laughter as you read thanks to these wonderfully written characters and the way Pratchett brings everything to life. One chapter alone of their journey by carriage from Lancore where they live to Ankh Morpork had me crying with laughter.》

Rouge (Mona Awad) is about 100 pages too long, but this dark fairy tale hit me right in the feels with its complex mother-daughter story. At its best when it leaned into weirdness. Jellyfish! #minibookreview #rouge

Maeve Fly (CJ Leede) is not my usual sub-genre (horny horror?), but it’s interesting to get into the head of the nightmarish Maeve. Drags a bit in the middle, but ends with a gut punch. #minibookreview #maevefly #horror
