I worked at a startup that had three separate minikeg taps on rotation in the kitchen. One of the developers wrote a page where we could poll what the next replacements would be while displaying what was available. policy was "if you feel comfortable having a beer in the afternoon, go for it."

My top tip for when you tip and pour the last of the minikeg and some rainwater gets mixed in and it needs a bit of sweetness, is to add a drop of Port. Cheers!

Better start thinking about the C-word, would you like 8 Pint pouches or 5L Minikegs at C-h-r-i-s-t-m-a-s? The Pouches are cheaper, you pay a lot of money for the tin can of the minikeg before the cost of the beer.

minikeg are great and i think that the beer tend to oxidize slower than in bottle
