So i can directly connect my m8 to my phone via usbc and then plug my sc-1000mk2 into m8 audio input… considering trying to do modtracker / scratching jam streams for practice or something.

Anybody in #gamedev aware of a extension for @gamemaker.io #gamemaker to play modtracker music files like xm, it, s3m, mod? I am aware of the official FMOD extension... but thats just way overload... all I need is playback in loop mode and volume control. We even had that way back in GM days

all this talk of modtracker and stuff reminds me of when i found out that the composer for luna waves, a classic mod, was the same guy that composed the soundtrack for the DS version Nicktoons UNITE! which was one of my first disappointments when i first got my DS Lite

As someone who has recently tried to get into Modtracker music composition, I’ve just been sticking myself with OpenMPT.
Might have to try what you’re using, though. Looks like a pretty cool tracker for chiptune.

Renoise is legendary. I read somewhere that a recent version was released. I was messing with trackers back when modtracker was the rage. I bought the PT so I wouldn't hate touch a computer.
