As described in my thread on Montilla-Moriles, harvesting when it’s still this hot can create issues for winemakers, but they say the quality of the grapes is high.

And like sherries, you have finos and olorosos. But there are a few key differences. One, I’ve already touched on: the grape. Sherries are typically made with palomino fino.
