Experimenting with the AMS on the Bambu X2D. Trying some things suboptimally first to see where the screwups happen.

A really cool feature for multifilament printing is instead of purging into the trash bin, it can print an object on the plate with the filament it needs to purge between colors.

Hmmmm you might want to try a few. I play with a 95 sq in medium stiffness (63) racquet, poly strings that seems to be ok on my joints. a lot of folks recommend when you’re coming back: 100 sq in head size, 275 ish g for weight, flexible frame (<63 RA), multifilament strings … Try swinging a couple

Brand new player: start with multifilament. Comfort, durability, reasonably priced. Have elbow or shoulder issues? Pick multifilament or gut. Play a few times a month: anything but poly.

Not all strings die the same way. Multifilament, synthetic gut, and natural gut fray or snap, so you can see they are spent. Polyester is the exception: it can go completely dead while looking brand new. That is the one to watch.

@onkologen Kollade på den med. Men jag vill kunna skriva ut asa framför allt. Man kanske även nylon och ABS.
Så flashforge creator 5 pro var högintressant.
Men det händer så mycket just nu med flermunstyckesskrivsre att jag valde en billig snabb skrivare med multifilament men ett munstycke.

Especially now that there are multifilament printers with painting options, being able to paint every surface, including the interior ones, with what filament you are going to use would be very useful.
Being able to use infill like halftones with precise control would be cool also.
And accuracy...
