man why do they make buying a multivite so damn complicated. just sell me vitamins in a bottle tf. do men over 50, women between the ages of 14 and 32, and they/thems born on a fuckin thursday REALLY all have such different vitamin b complex needs??!!

I had a huge jar of those multivite gummies but they tasted bitter and never made me feel any better. I feel as if that should be the main point of vitamins or should be(??).

Wouldn’t it just make sense to eat good food and maybe take a multivite? I’m only a nurse but I think this plan by a pair of rich morons isn’t quite the best 🤯

So I have a small 🤏 amount left in my hsa from my old job & I'm running low on vitamins but regular multivitamins aren't covered by hsa. I've decided to order prenatals & just take a half dose instead of a regular multivite bc a HALF DOSE (of 1 with L-methylfolate & iron) has pretty much all I need
