#OTD 9/7/1969 #RememberRCN -HMCS BRAS D’OR (2nd), becomes the world’s fastest warship, setting a record speed of 62 knots (115 kph)! Two knots over her designed maximum speed. The RCN hydrofoil is now @museumships at Marine Museum at L’Islet-sur-Mer, near Quebec City. LAC Photo
