NAct seem determined to break local govt to the point that it's non functional. Forcing $$ to be spent on central govt whims, restructuring, repealing 3waters that would've provided infra funding, capping rates so councils have no $ to spend on services, passing laws w massive $$ risks to councils.

Also minority government is a thing, there's a difference between some sort of a NACT-TOP coalition (NZF role unclear) (all signals say National aren't interested and TOP's policies don't align) and a NACT minority government with NZF and TOP played off against each other.

Took one look at who funded Opportunity and how much cash they also splurged on NAct and I can’t see Opp as anything other than an attempt to split the left vote. Not a fan. Don’t trust them no matter how reasonable they may sound right now. Vote Labour or Green (or for your TPM candidate)

Poorly suited to be an MP much less a PM. Only represents the ‘sorted’. Whatever happens at the election he’s on borrowed time. Won’t last as PM if NACT are returned, won’t stay if they lose. Great case study of parachuting in the wrong person.

It's a dead rat I would probably force myself to swallow. It would be a shitshow of a government, but almost certainly better than a NACT/NZF coalition.
