Very sad to hear about the passing of Nancylee Myatt, who was an absolute pioneer in queer women’s representation in television and webseries. South of Nowhere, Cowgirl Up, Nikki and Nora, 3Way. A real legend.

Nancylee was the most kind & brilliant soul. “South of Nowhere,” the groundbreaking lesbian teen drama, was a show made with zero money, long hours, but Nancylee’s unbridled passion and hilarious sense of humor made working on it a treasured experience. www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/n...

My webseries was being made at Tello the same time Nancylee was doing her revival of Nikki & Nora, and she actually treated me like a colleague. N&N inspired Riley Parra, and the fact she not only knew about the show but cheered it on and supported it meant the world to me. RIP Nancylee

I'm quite saddened to learn of the recent passing of writer, director Nancylee Myatt. She & Paige were decades-long residents of New Orleans.
I send our deepest condolences to her wife, Paige Bernhardt, and to Nancylee's family in Oklahoma, L.A. and around the world. rip.

This is a post from NancyLee Grahn, Alexis on General Hospital, who is canvassing for Harris-Walz in Nevada with fellow GH star Finola Hughes. These soap vets are kicking as for democrats looking amazing while doing it.

Oh no, Nancylee Myatt has died 😭 I have followed her for years on social media.
I became a fan of hers because of her work on South of Nowhere. Then I was also a fan of Nikki & Nora, and then her webseries 3Way.
She was a pioneer in sapphic media. #RIPNancyLeeMyatt

Saw this on IG & was angry, but not shocked to see a white woman scolding & demanding a Black woman work to fix a problem?!! The irony of her saying MVP is tone deaf. 🤦🏼♀️
Then found out NancyLee is here, with a big following. 🙄I’m not interested in ever hearing her views, so I blocked her. 😊 #Nope
