One way to spend #mothersday 💐 is to donate to #nationalbailout to #freeblackmamas.

60% of women in local jails are only there because they cannot afford bail—they haven’t even been convicted of a crime. No one should be separated from their children simply because they can’t afford their bail. Support @NationalBailOut and help bring them home today: benjerrys.co/4eCV4OG

Join the movement to bring moms home this #MothersDay! Most women in local jails right now are only there because they can't afford their bail—not because they've been convicted of a crime. Donate to @nationalbailout now and help reunite moms with their families: benjerrys.co/4dhpMKI

If there is anything worth celebrating today, it is the resilience and strength that Black communities have demonstrated across generations in the ongoing struggle to move the U.S. closer to the democratic ideals it proclaims but has yet to realize fully.

Pretrial incarceration has catastrophic impacts on families and communities. Join me in supporting @nationalbailout.bsky.social as they bring home Black mamas and caregivers!

Bonus: @benandjerrys.bsky.social will match your donation! #nationalbailout #mothersday

As we celebrate mommas and maternal figures, we can also remember & address the harsh realities facing thousands of mothers around the world.

#MothersDay
Too many Black mamas are in cages rather than with their children. This Mother’s Day, donate to @NationalBailOut a Black-led, Black-centered collective working to end pretrial detention and mass incarceration--and help #FreeBlackMamas: bit.ly/freeblackmamas2026

On this #MothersDay, we’re thinking of incarcerated mothers who are not able to hold their loved ones, and we're celebrating groups like @essie4justice.bsky.social for bailing out Black mothers who were stuck in jail before trial simply because they couldn’t afford bail. #nationalbailout

Was offline all weekend for #MothersDay, but supporting mothers through National Bail Out is something we can all do on ANY day.

Why support @NationalBailOut & @BKBailFund? Incarceral state keeps trans women of color inhumanely imprisoned, unable to get out due to bail

@NationalBailOut works to get black mothers (who suffer disproportionally from our nation's broken justice system) out of jail and back to their families.

If you’re inclined to try to help some moms in need today, @NationalBailOut helps reunite incarcerated black mothers with their families. http://nationalbailout.org
