It's probably enough to cover the setup stages, the consulting etc. Enough to put NCS into "in-progress" state while other means of funding are progressed.

NCS won't even be setup until the 2030s. Any talk of taxing the super rich now means the super rich have tens years to plan their exit from the UK.

It's very simple either you go with reallocating resources to a NCS or you go with Reform which redirects resources to billionaires, golden visas. How can a super billionaire party of tax exiles ever relate to the NHS or NCS. They would and have said they will privatise the NHS losing the UK trns.

Definitely mad to say it’s going to pay for a national care service. If we’d had the proposed double lock instead from outset, we’d be 9bn a year better off. Only 1/2 the cost of an NCS now, and those savings will not be realised for decades, by which time it’ll be an even smaller proportion.

Isn’t the argument that once the NCS is up and running it will save the country money in care costs/NHS savings from clearing the hospitals, thus reducing the escalator effect? Not sure of the maths on that, but I think that’s the idea?

黄色の五条デッキ考えてるけど構築むっちゃむずい…
2回ブロックとか釘崎とか黄色のカラートリガーとか、受けが強そうな印象だからそっち活かしたいんだけど、いかんせんレイドがあんまり積めないデッキがどういう動きになるのか想像できないのが悩ましい。
というかドロー手段なさ過ぎて手札カラッカラになる予感しかしない。
とりあえずこんなんで組んでユニチケ大会でも参加してみようかな（NCSの五条は1枚しか持ってない）
