Matt Strauss @strauss_matt X.com I walked down Bank street from Parliament Hill to the Glebe last night. I can't recommend it. Things are worse than I remember from even a year ago. Open drug use and physical despair at levels I have never seen outside of East Vancouver. Our nation's capital is on the wrong track.
