I still wish it was pluralized, but like Utah Mammoth. Welcome to the #NHL.

For those who are confused by this agreement, the #NHL did not want Meruello double dipping by selling the team to another owner, if he decided to walk away. He was already paid $1 billion by the NHL for the Coyotes, which was then sold to the #NHLUtah owner. Meruello got a sweetheart deal.
A lot of people are under the impression that if Alex Meruello gives up on owning the #ArizonaCoyotes, that he can sell the #NHL team to a new owner. That is false. Gary Bettman has stated that the team is non-transferable per their agreement. Only Meruello can reactivate the team or it's defunct.
