I wish nicoise salads were more popular because they are very tasty and it's one of the kinds of salad I'd eat all the time if they were readily available.

Didn't see this yesterday but yours sounds good. Yesterday I pre prepped a Salade Nicoise as we weren't getting in until 9.30, Marlborough Sauvignon.
Today I'm marinating chicken breast slices in garlic, lemon and rosemary, will fry that and have with griddled courgettes and home grown aubergine.
