no, just learning toki pona and wanting to do silly stuff with sitelen pona if i'm honest,,, i've only been learning the thing for less than two months, i wouldn't feel qualified to design a single nimisin let alone a tokiponido

For recreational drugs I think just moku nasa works, like telo nasa for booze. There's also the reasonably common nimisin "misikeke" meaning "medicine" for non-recreational drugs, and you could use misikeke nasa, too.

here are the most common words in june 2025. I think I was wrong, it's just kinda what you'd expect. like duh most toki pona words aren't among the top most used, and if they're not, they're probably used as rarely as unpopular nimisin.

pu, ku, & su in toki pona have always felt fundamentally weird to me. Especially pu since it's included in the og 120 words that are touted around.
Also as my friend pointed out, they're a waste of valuable space due to how few short words you can make. (for nimisin)
Anyone have thoughts on this?

oh yeah I the way she uses the word feels fetishistic to me. nobody else is this obsessed with the one nimisin coined by an indigenous person. given her fetishistic antisemitism, I think it's at least possible she has something similar with indigeneity, but I don't have ample evidence for that.

I would recycle it as a particle like la, tan, etc since toki pona grammar is a bit vague.
Alternatively, it could mean 4 instead of the nimisin "po".

In this case I'm mostly arguing that the word is already losing usage, and with everything going on recently I think it's gonna plummet even more.
So I would be for putting that word to better use, in a context that still makes sense. Better than a nimisin.
