Follow me on a walk along the southern edge of the Stiperstones, taking in views of Nipstone, The Rock and the surrounding countryside. It was a cloudy and very windy day, but the sun came out after a couple of hours and I finally got my shot. #Shropshire

Walk up to the Stiperstones today from Lydham. Over Linley Hill to Nipstone Rock and along the ridge to the Devil’s Chair quartzite outcrop. A windy day but great views all round. Loads of Red Kites, a Curlew, Redstarts, Stonechats, Wheatear, Ravens, Skylarks, Meadow Pipits and more.

Spectacular views from Nipstone Rock on our #ShropshireHillsSunday walk today, the light up there was beautiful 🥾 #Shropshire

We're all guilty of that nipstone

How kind! Thank you, Nipstone. Have a wonderful day

Nipstone Rock. Wind coming from the right. Drone was flying at a 45° angle and when it turned into the wind couldn't even go forward. Had to manoeuvre behind the rock low to get back to me

Covered off Nipstone Rock, Black Rhadley Hill and Mucklewick Hill. Lovely 3hr reasonable walk

Saying goodbye to the winter constellation. I created this image back in early March with a break in the clouds over Nipstone rock at the #stiperstones in south Shropshire.
