I registered wilson.co.uk with the University of Kent. At they time you bought the domain name outright. It took Nominet to fight a court case to reverse that.

I used to get domain names by phoning the chap who ran the DNS and asking for them. He'd allocate them right then and there. (Pre Nominet - Dr Willie Black at UCL).

Problēma ir arī tāda, ka nomīnēt ar šādām mīnām var arī krievi pirms atkāpties, ja uz brīdi te būs ienākuši. Ne tikai var, bet kā rāda Ukrainas piemērs, to arī izdarīs. Neatkarīgi no tā, būsim mēs konvencijā vai nē. Šāda pielādēta argumentācija, nav labs pamats diskusijai.
