my mom used to have that senior gab and at the time I found it really tiring but after her getting older, plus maybe her schizophrenia medication, she's become really noncommunicative
so this old lady at her music group who very much has that gab, tbh at this point it's a little nostalgic now

Would you go with your partner to a lawyer though and draw up and sign separate agreements for:
- medical decisions in case of noncommunicative state
- access rights for hospital visits
- in case of children and split prior agreed custody and support
- wills to each other

When someone makes plans with me, and then becomes suddenly noncommunicative on the day of the plans and ghosts me. Either cancel or don't. Don't keep me waiting and wondering when I could be doing other things with my time.
