What type of mushroom? If it’s a standard mushroom (button) then there’s no need to cook in advance, just throw directly in the bin. If however it’s a wild mushroom, or a cep or a chanterelle, you firstly need to make sure they’re clean but do NOT wash, then throw directly in the bin. #notafungi
