i managed to find a decent way to do the thing

on ntrack open exclusive mode for the device using proprietary drivers (in my case, ntrack drivers -> BOMGE device 6 i/o for 24kb @ 192k )
the playback latency is minimal, even though the sample rate is much higer.

I can only imagine why
