With the leftover hops from a splendid Brut NZIPA I made, I repitched the yeast (containing a fraction of the AMG enzyme) into a similar beer only with a little crystal 400 & a little choc malt. The gravity fell to 1.006, so the AMG had an effect. Smashing stuff.
