I belive there should be at least 5 Pro like o3Pro and o3.

We often hear about sama saying people saying ‘thank you’ is costing the company a lot of money. However, my experience with o3pro is that it doesnt even listen to my requests, and it usually takes 3-4 rounds of asking for what i want until it gives me what I requested (trivial stuff mostly just about showing code or a specific layout). It appears it tries to ‘save tokens’ by coming up with its own interpretation of the goal instead of just following the instruction. This is exponentially more tokens then ‘thank you’. Do you think they’ll ever realise trying to condense responses is actually having the opposite effect?

I cant even use o3pro for normal coding operations anymore. It’s not that it takes forever, it’s that it repeatedly says one thing and does another. over and over, for example, giving random/truncated versions of a file, then I explicitly tell it, and show it, how what it gave me is something like 100 lines less code (when we’re adding features), and it tells me it gave me a version that is for example 150lines larger(done this about 5 times in a row now). Something is severely wrong with o3pro and its blowing my mind that openai thinks it’s acceptable to rugpull all the o1 coders… Explanation please?
