a gpose of my wol/ffxiv oc, mehr (he/they) set against a dark backdrop. he is facing left with a neutral expression. he has shoulder-length black hair with white tips, starting from his neck down. they have feathers on their face and a white tattoo outlining the top of their forehead jewel, down their nose and stops underneath their chin. HE IS MY MOST BELOVED OC AND I CHERISH HIM SO MUCH RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

mehr doesn't provide a straightforward answer, just some variant of vibes but doesn't seem to think too much about it, especially among other viera, either way

For the Viera amongst us:

Given the long lifespans of many Viera, how does your WoL / OC react to people asking about their age or assuming their age?

mehr despises it (guy who prefers a tropical and hot climate) but sure they'll prepare for it and tolerate it whenever he has to visit coerthas or ilsabard.

happy wip wednesday! here’s my lore doc wip ft. mehr’s immediate family! 🥳🤪
TAHALI - MOTHER Fraught with tension and likeminded pride, Mehr and his mother always seemed to clash on every topic at every opportunity. He respected her as she was next in line to become a village elder and love was rarely displayed between them. He was exiled by her word and the two never had the chance to reconcile. MATAHAK - FATHER Raised by Matahak and his husbands, Mehr has only fond memories of his small, gentle father. Easily moved to tears and emotions, his father was the pinnacle of what a loving, passionate person could be. Mehr carries his ideals and teachings with him always. When he was exiled, he was unable to say goodbye to his fathers and misses them terribly as the years rolled on. SULIHA - ELDEST SISTER Matching their mother in sheer ruthlessness and collected confidence, Suliha is a strong Anituwan of her village. Mehr has always admired her Mist and mana mastery but was not particularly close with her. KAHATI & HAKATI - OLDER TWIN SISTERS Kaha and Haka were closest in age to Mehr and as such, were often up to no good when it came to the young kit. They loved to tease him and play pranks, much to his dismay. Both are formidable hunters, each with their own preferences for hunting grounds. RUPIYAT - YOUNGER SIBLING Mehr helped their father raise Rupi and often brought them on errands around the village. Rupi adores Mehr and admires their older brother, taking after many of his mannerisms as a young kit. They are hot headed and easily frustrated. When Mehr was exiled, they grew to resent their parents and became a solitary Warder who rarely visited the village, in hopes of finding their brother along the Golmore Dalamscan divide. AVA - YOUNGEST SISTER Born long after Mehr's exile, he knows nothing of her existence although she's heard whispers of him from their maternal grandmother.

mehr's physique is toned but i imagined his design to align more with the FF12 vieras in retaining some of their wild, lagomorphic-ness. i also wanted him to be a sort of "unnatural", androgynous beauty that one sees with marbled statues or classic paintings.

A #wolqotd from me;

How do your OC's handle talking about their sex lives amongst friends and mutuals? Do they avoid it? Relish, and embellish? Are they shy, or afraid of being judged for their proclivities of those around them?

ok! places this here and runs
Are you Mehr's type? - has a tail - smaller than him (7'5") - a lil possessive - loves to eat - switch (or bottom) - OK with PDA - brave - stubborn - kind - not easily intimidated - can spar or can heal - assertive - free space (small, barely legible text that reads: will accept that he will inevitably outlive them ;) ) - sociable - intense - OK with his . . . high (small text that reads sex) prey drive - actions > words - comfortable with (his) silence - (doesn't) indulge his sweet tooth - confident - huge flirt - awkward but earnest - nerdy - SLOW BURN - sides of each other only they get to see gpose of my pookie bear, mehr (he/they)

ex-something. lover. rival. beloathed. halvar has changed mehr in ways he can never recover from but knows halvar is not solely to blame for the change. halvar wanders the ilsabardian wilds, tormenting the elementals of the region and any who dare cross his path.
text that reads: halvar's village believes they can achieve glory and honor in the afterlife thru ritualistic sacrifice of enemies they have slain in battle. his village teems w/ the desecration of skulls and bones, using magic to prevent their spirits from returning to the aetherial sea :)
