The Electro 35G is kind of an odd duck. It has a CDS light meter and a primitive electronic system that controls exposure. It's aperture priority only, and shutter speed is controlled by the meter and the little electronic brain inside.

I think Rocky Road to Dublin was also just perfect because of its odd rhythm. It’s a slip jig— 9/8 meter. I always find slip jigs to feel very driven forward, and in that scene the song feels…inevitable.

There is a brown francolin that is for some reason atop the 5 meter high wall (it's really only about 2 meters but it's on a 3 meter hill) in my back yard--odd for a ground bird--and it's making a noise like a stripped starter motor but 3 octaves higher. Not the full-throated 80db call tho. :)

the crazy thing to me is that even in the UK this is not a common way to do Shakespeare, like, even people in shakespeare clubs, obsessed with the texts, I've seen them put on shows that just... put the emphasis in "odd places."
Said odd places are not meter, nor punctuation, they're line ends.
