1. Signal From Tolva. Has cute robots and a nice art style. I've heard nothing but good things about it, but it's so hard to actually start and stick with an open world game these days.

Part of the backstory is that one of the major UN projects for the first century of its existence was shipping ethnic and climate refugees offplanet as fast as possible, but yeah, its one of several elements I just had to retcon to get the kind of retro vibes I wanted.
