so what's the easiest thing to do when everyone's being paid more money than they know what to do with? make 'em feel cool! take them on neat offsites, give them free food, make it feel like a family (it is not a family)

I keep saying - team offsites and open plan offices would transform British politics!
Lots of (often very good) pieces about this weekend lamenting Britain being ungovernable/too fast turnover of PMs.
