i realized something else about reality fracture reading the actual story and that's that i think it existed partially so they could finally actually have the shot of jace on omniscience feature in the plot, which i'm actually quite fond of!

They also note that Sonnet 5.5 scores 54% on their world knowledge benchmark (AA-Omniscience) vs. Opus' 66%, but this is likely because Sonnet is a smaller model.

Having omniscience of what your opponent will send out and basically a free turn is kind of ridiculous too. Needing to actually trade a turn and think is usually a lot better for a memorable battle. Plus, I like the surprise of them simply sending out their next Pokemon, especially in a blind run.

i do like writing in a way that focuses on the character’s emotions and i think doing that in 3rd person makes it less obvious that you’re getting information from a biased perspective. 3rd person kinda implies omniscience, doesn’t it? noo i wanna be in your head!!

YES. in this case she's my ffxiv chocobo now but I think itd be really funny if she wasnt even an omnipotent god in some worlds. retains a degree of omniscience and eternally remembers her chicken life across her other lives! but otherwise just a normal chicken this time
