like. diana is built specifically to be a killing machine, she is designed for the express purpose of performing violence. and she struggles immensely with reconciling her impulses as the creation of project omnivaga with her overall desire to do good and live a normal life.

Apollo's got a kid, asterisk.

This is Diana. She's a clone created by the VIth Legion as a potential counter to the Warrior of Light, using genetic material from both Apollo and the then-presumed-dead Zenos.

I've got a fic about her currently in progress - Omnivaga on Ao3 - but. my energy go poof.

1. diana probably stays living with apollo's house in eorzea
2. diana picks up music (bard diana, maybe? would keep with her namesake being an archer)

I plan to include more details about her whole deal in "Omnivaga" proper, but after the end of the Empire, many of the higher-ups of the Legion are offered amnesty, van Flores included.

This proves to be a very very VERY bad idea. Fascists are somewhat of a problem when left unattended.

It had been a long day for Fourchenault Leveilleur. When Galuf's foundling called for aid in forestalling what the Eorzeans were calling "the Final Days", the Forum elected to send its response direct from the mouth of one of Sharlayan's most senior legislators. The city of scholars would not be providing aid, thank you very much. Its stance would forever remain that it would chart the course of history, not change it. Were it not for his own children's insolence, it might've just been a quick jaunt to the continent and back again. Now he was left at the Carline Canopy, stewing in his own failure, waiting for the next airship to Vylbrand to take him far away from this whole mess. Where did he go so wrong? Was he not stern enough with the twins? Perhaps if his own damnable father hadn't poisoned their minds with such idealistic nonsense, he reckoned, this could all have been avoided in the first place. Sigh. Fresh air. That's what he needed. A bit of fresh air to calm the nerves.

This is Tiberia van Flores, Legatus of the VIth Legion from van Hydrus's death in 1578 to the Empire's fall in 1580. She's a stern leader, utterly devoted to the Imperial cause, and is ALSO the one who gave the greenlight on the Omnivaga project, leading to Diana's creation

Need to revise Omnivaga ch. 1 and 2, and then I really want to actually *finish* it by the end of the year. It probably won't be that long - I'm aiming for five or six chapters - but I do wanna get it done at least before 8.0 if nothing else.

In general? Diana, for reasons that'll be more explained if I ever manage to write more Omnivaga.

If you mean turn evil *of their own volition*, that's a bit trickier. Might be Fray if he weren't welded to Apollo. I'd say maybe Eleanor, who's made a pact with a chthonic deity from the dawn of time.
