on november 1st our little watermelon passed away in his cage overnight. he was a rescue bird that my dad found in a wall and we had him for ~12 yrs since. he was ornery, hated hands, and was very picky on the color of his food, but every once in a while he'd climb on your shoulder and fall asleep

Thomas has said that he intends to "make liberals' lives miserable for 43 years". That would take him through at least through the 2034-2035 term, and he is just ornery and pigheaded enough to follow through on that promise. I don't expect him to retire early.

Sorry for being kind of ornery. I'm a writer and I care about writers and these past few days have been testing me. Art is such a thankless hobby/career. It is infuriating.
