I’m familiar with how small business works. I owned and operated one for about 15 years or so with an inventory of nearly 300,000 products hosted on a oscommerce website which is php coding. I very quickly became friends with Ukrainians who were excellent coders to help me fix stuff. 😉

Annoyingly it seems to be the one platform missing form their auto-install list of ecommerce sites. Got osCommerce but not woo. I'll have to try to do it at a time when nobody is online next week

I can't recommend either of them, mind you. I have very little experience currently with either of them. Most of my framework experience is in Wordpress, Drupal, ModX, and OSCommerce. I have a tiny bit of success with NodeJS, Pusher clones, and NextJS but nothing big.

I midten af 90'erne ernærede jeg mig ved at bygge webshops i osCommerce og sælge dem i abonnement inkl domæne. Det var der gode penge i. Det er der ikke mere... Stoppede i webverdenen i 2019.

OScommerceというか、ずっと昔に作られたECソフトをそのまま使い続けてるんだけど、当然スマホには対応してないし、phpのバージョンが上がると動かないし（グローバルレジスタがONになってる）、顧客データを漏洩しちゃうと大変なことになるしで、とりあえず糞毛唐対策はしたものの、早急にリプレースしようと思ったのであった(^Д^)そのさー、商品データはともかくとして、顧客データの引き継ぎがパスワードの問題があってできないというか、どうもとさんの知能では無理。ゴメンネー、再登録してねー的なサイト稀にあるよね。そうするしか無い(^Д^)

ジェミちゃんに未だにosCommerceで動いてるサイト見せたら、そんな20年前の化石システム超危険だって大激怒なので、オシシメされるがままにShopifyでテストサイト構築してる(^Д^)BASICで月に4,850円払うなら日本国内の各社でもいい気がするが、エラく押してるんだよね。データ引っこ抜く.py書いてもらって、colabでインポートファイル作ったが、どういうサイトが出来るんだか。paypayとか使えないよね(^Д^)
