After a long @ottawacity budget council meeting I made it over for the Opening Ceremony of the Masters Tournament at the @GraniteCurling Club on Queensview! Teams from all over the province are in town to compete at this beautiful facility. Rock on!

I suggest the feds put a flag pole in Confederation Park for the recognition of embassy special days.
The #OttawaCity protocol office should reconsider the flag and proclamation policy. International recognition is not a municipality duty even in a capital city.

Therapy pets at @ottawacity hall yesterday. They loved being petted as much as we loved to pet them. These trained animals have a great calming influence. Thanks to the volunteers who brought them in. It was hard to pick a favourite! #TherapyPets

pretend it’s a city #ottawacity #octranpo bring back the regular bus routes and on time. stop rerouting all buses to LRT stations when LRT that is not reliable. maybe then you’ll get public trust and ridership.
