Start radiation and chemo for pancreatic PNET tumor Wednesday. Ironically, curable even though I have stage 4 bowel cancer so far confined to bones. I'm working while in treatment. Cancer will kill me. It absolutely will not take my life from me.

6 years ago my daughter went thru emergency surgery for a 43 cm ovarian tumor. Came back w 2 kinds of cancer Sarcoma (Pnet) ovarian (germ cell). Lost count of the # of chemo treatments, 2 more surgeries. She survived. Hard to believe it's been 6 years.
