By this point, between the pacing issues, how annoying/ pointless Cur and his subplot are, the excessive angst, and the complete lack of direction or even the main characters, looking at the author's NSFW of her (adult) characters and her promo art is more fun than reading Tamberlane's main story

In addition to the character having no weight, the STORY has no weight. I won't spoil anything, but needless to say, having your progress in the game be tied to a literal progress bar cheapens the entire experience and pacing of the game crawls to a STOP at each boss fight.
