Why PADD 2?
Where is their usual source of gasoline?
Are refineries switching, as much as they can, to distillates (diesel fuel, heating oil, jet fuel, etc.)? (I know switching is limited)
Are the intermediate refining products used to make gasoline in especially short supply?

PADD 2 gasoline inventories have fallen to their lowest level on records that go back to 1990.

It wouldn't necessarily help the Liz Line with capacity because they run on the Up/Down Relief lines. The alternative is continuing to have an express service which runs non-stop Padd to Heathrow, but originates from the Central Core: two from Abbey Wood and two from Shenfield/Gidea Park perhaps?

Us doesnt import that much so i think at current run rates you would fill PADD 3 in like 3 weeks even if you diverted it all to american consumption.
