Truly can’t go on Gaylor TikTok anymore because the performanceartlor ancient texts (from 3 years ago lol) have been lost and it is stupidly annoying to see our og brain worms get recycled into simulacra territory
not abt any 1 thing, I think that just means it’s truly over for me there

I sent this to my non-gaylor friend and she said “you’ll have to talk me through some of this next time we hang out!” Omg is this my opportunity? Do I need a full performanceartlor/three Taylors presentation??
I also did it for patient zero and that shit is thematically DENSE

Friends should respect how you feel and listen to your side of things. This doesn't sound like they do. It also sounds like they've taken some convoluted, summary of Katherine Ann's and that's what they're thinking is the "psychosis". She does pair performanceartlor w/ a TT account she links to TS.

i think having the ending is going to be an important distinction for the performanceartlor of it all. and she’s also heavily flagging that return to country that’s coming down the line.
it’s also wild that people think she can’t write music when they all were into IKIIKY in the summer 😅

You know what I’m hopeful for? If we’re right about the PerformanceArtlor and the PR of it all, when that’s come out and then she can release her songs about how Travis has been the best person that could have ever gone on this ride with her. Those will be some damn good songs.

Actually, I’m not just a Gaylor or a performanceartlor. I’m also an “everything she’s ever done and all of her art is about honoring women in Old Hollywood and throughout history who were persecuted for refusing to bow down to a patriarchal society”lor.

I held court with my cousins last night and I think they are on board with Gaylor/performanceartlor. And yes, I do think about them when I hear feverishly calling their cousins…

The quicker some of you lock into the Jepsen Pattern the faster we will put this together with the NewRo / TS performanceartlor patterns and realize it’s all the same thing

i have really really started to come to the conclusion that performanceartlor started in Taylor’s childhood (pre-teen i assume) as a DEEP ND special interest in the entertainment industry and old hollywood and i think a large reason that interest tacked onto her so deeply was bc of her grandmother.

At some point performanceartlor stops being a cool theory (a theory I have been fully on board with!) and becomes a coping mechanism by which gaylors can justify, excuse, or reason away anything terrible that Taylor or anyone in her circle might do.

Just learned the cursed term "performanceartlor". It seems to be a word for when your fave has been an artificial phony for her whole career and you think that's awesome for some reason.
