Contra Trump, in the current batshit DOJ suit Peltola+DSCC did not deny involvement *to the court*. They also weren't party to the earlier state court case. Because they're not complete idiots, of course they didn't perjure themselves on that point. They had no need to, it's legally irrelevant.

Yep make them testify. I knew these idiots were lying about Renee Good within minutes of her death. Make every one of these criminals decide to tell the truth or perjure themselves and be prosecuted.
Those subpoenas will be useless while Todd Blanche is still the Attorney General. It would be useless to send any criminal referrals to the DOJ for those that refuse to show up or perjure themselves. Impeach Blanche first before anything else to clear the way!

Starting to wonder if current admin MO is just to send unprepared, uninformed people and hope that drags it out as long as possible under the idea that they can't perjure themselves if they don't know what they're being questioned on. Driving the judge nuts is a feature not a bug to the big guy.
