I’m extremely unimpressed with the “laugh out loud, lighthearted comedy” that started with #petdeath, and had a romance plot that also ended in death. And dealt heavily with 20yo spousal grief too. One 5-minute old ladies getting stoned scene does not a comedy make

#petdeath I am beyond grateful to every person at the emergency vet for being so kind and so good at their jobs and giving my little guy his best shot, and I’m also grateful, though very depressed, that cats are so good at telling us when they’re ready to go

Theoden's final vet visit and cremation was a big chunk of change for me, and losing him, plus Ad Astra's webshop being down for most of August, means the budget hole is larger than I expected.
