#petalsbookoftheories + and Urucanpy etc are /sentient/, and how the Golems in the current world ( or rather, The Order's, specifically ) are subpar in comparison but we've seen the sentience in machines ( like Komurin ) and such.

'ending it all' if you catch my drift ; think back to Cross' words about him being a broken man, so a thought was... suicide attempt, possibly, but seeing what Apocryphos is capable of... hm. +
