For today's #BirdOfTheDay theme of #ItsAllWhite a #BarbaryDove that are sold by #petstores and typically bred as #domesticated birds but this one was either an escapee or released into the wild as it is not a local bird on the #OregonCoast. I photographed this one in the #riparian area by our home.

by the way, do not buy those little boxes of hay at the petstores for $20+ each. that is stupid. i am going to buy a 50lb/35kilo bale of hay for $6 because it is fancy. i have gotten them for $2 before
i like having rabbits, they're very similar to cats/dogs but eat a lot cheaper food. only thing that sucks is they need hay, which bales are cheap! but you have to find a farmer way the fuck outside the cities to get them. i don't get why there's a lack of in-city farms like san jose has. bleh

Hamsters exist in the 90s in my mind because of the brightly colored transparent plastic tube systems (habitrails? I think) that petstores sold and the bright transparent plastic hamster balls.

I got them locally off of marktplaats, but they get shipped as eggs or nymphs by post too. (Although I'd wait on higher temperatures to attempt that.)
Some more specialized petstores might have them as well.

Go online and buy propectalin gel or tabs or try fortiflora which you can get at petstores or online
