imo yes and no cuz there are a lot of phallos that look indistinguishable from natal dicks cuz of medical tattooing BUT i also dont think many people drawing phallo dicks know this n also ya there should be more variation

Yeah, I'd definitely feel better about doing it knowing more people who have actually gone through the procedure! I think I'm probably more likely to get a metoidioplasty than a phallo in the future, for a couple reasons (and one is that my clinic in Denver does not offer them)
