This year, Congress set the funding formula for the World Trade Center Health Program through 2040. Care for an air exposure can last a generation. Planning for clean air can, too.

Hmm. It left St. Petersburg on Sept 22 and is bound for the US. Wouldn't that be before 🍊💩's deal with vlad and also be in violation of the Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act?
