Electric bills are way too high — particularly PG&E — and plug-in solar is a great way to lower those bills. I’m authoring legislation to allow Californians to easily use these devices; it’s currently quite hard, if not impossible, for people to do so.

DESNZ's consultation on plug-in solar (panels on balconies and gardens, good for renters) has just launched, and it closes 30 June. Suggesting they want to move fast on this.
